The building delivery expert. A fully enclosed, multi compartment robot that calls the elevator, passes turnstiles and access doors on its own, and runs deliveries floor to floor across hotels and office buildings, indoors and through semi outdoor spaces.
FlashBot Max automates point to point delivery through an entire property. It takes the elevator, clears turnstiles and access doors over IoT, and navigates corridors, lobbies, and semi outdoor paths to reach a guest room or office floor without a person guiding it. Sealed, modular compartments with password, phone, and NFC pickup keep every item secure from drop off to collection, so your team hands off a task and moves on.

The VSLAM+ navigation system is built for properties that are not purely indoors. Beyond room service down a hallway, FlashBot Max moves confidently through garden corridors, fitness zones, and poolside paths, the semi open areas that stop most delivery robots, so a single machine serves the entire guest journey rather than one wing of it.
Over IoT, FlashBot Max connects to the systems that normally need a human, turning a multi floor delivery into one hands free, end to end run.
Calls and rides the lift on its own to move between floors.
Passes secured gates without a staff escort or manual tap.
Triggers electronic doors to open along its route.
Calls or messages the recipient when an item arrives.
FlashBot Max takes the order, rides the elevator, sends an arrival notification, and waits for a secure pickup, then returns to dock on its own. Hands free from drop off to collection.
Because elevators vary building to building, FlashBot Max offers two routes to multi floor delivery. The cloud solution needs no elevator modifications and works with major brands like KONE and OTIS, so deployment is quick. The hardware solution, developed in house by PUDU, adapts to a wider range of buildings for a seamless, efficient elevator experience.
The cabin reconfigures into two, three, or four independently controlled compartments, so one robot covers a parcel run, an amenities drop, and a food delivery without changing hardware. Each compartment opens only on password, phone number, or NFC verification, and a continuous ventilation fan keeps the interior fresh between trips.
An upgraded six wheel independent linkage suspension adjusts damping to the floor underneath, keeping the robot and its load steady. It clears 2 cm obstacles and 3.5 cm gaps with about 50 percent higher operating stability.
Two RGBD cameras and a customized LiDAR detect obstacles as low as 3 cm and suspended hazards up to 70 cm off the floor, so it stays safe in busy, cluttered, ever changing spaces.
A minimum clearance of 70 cm lets FlashBot Max move through the corridors and doorways found in 99.9 percent of building scenarios, so it fits the property you already have.
Task allocation across a fleet keeps robots out of each other's way in crowded areas and shortens the wait for the person at the other end of the delivery.
When the battery runs low it returns to the charging station on its own and tops up, ready for the next run with no staff intervention.
Through the PUDU management platform your team tracks location and status in real time and handles deployment and maintenance remotely, with clear visibility of operational data.
How the Max compares to the original FlashBot it builds on.
Sealed room service and amenity delivery to guest floors, including garden and poolside routes, around the clock.
Internal mail, parcels, and supplies between floors and departments, with secure compartment pickup.
Reliable, contactless delivery of items to residents across multiple floors without tying up care staff.
Sealed supply and item transfers between wards and floors, freeing clinical staff from courier runs.
