PUDU T300 Series

Industrial delivery robots built for material handling across warehouses, manufacturing floors, and logistics hubs. High payload, continuous operation, no floor tracks needed.

Industrial delivery robots

Move goods. Free people. Run around the clock.

The T300 Series is a lineup of autonomous mobile robots that carry up to 300kg between production lines, storage areas, and dispatch zones. Built on a high-load chassis with an open architecture and a 10.1 inch onboard touchscreen, it moves materials continuously across shifts with no operator at the controls and no track, tape, or marker on your floor.

Map a vast venue in days, not weeks.

The T300 is a true autonomous mobile robot. It navigates by visual positioning rather than the buried wires, magnetic tape, or floor markers that older AGVs depend on, so it adapts to a changed production layout without a costly reconfiguration. When your floor moves, the robot simply remaps.

  • Operates in high ceiling spaces up to 30 meters
  • Maps extra large sites of up to 200,000 square meters
  • Deployment time cut by 70 percent versus traditional AGVs
  • Built in mapping tool lifts mapping efficiency a further 30 percent

Eight hours of work. Two hours to recharge.

The 30Ah swappable lithium-ion battery gives the T300 a full eight hour shift under load and recharges from 0 to 90 percent in two hours. Choose automatic docking and recharging for hands off uptime, or hot swap a fresh battery to keep a unit running with no break at all. A vehicle grade chassis and adaptive suspension keep loads stable across bumps, thresholds, and long runs.

  • Eight hour runtime under full load, twelve hours unloaded
  • Automatic recharging and battery replacement options
  • Crosses 20mm thresholds and 35mm grooves with ease
  • Shock absorbing suspension for steady transport at speed

One chassis. Four ways to carry.

Swap the top module to match the job. Each configuration drops onto the same T300 base, so a single fleet can flex across very different material handling tasks.

T300 Conveyor

A self powered roller deck that docks straight onto your automated lines. Supports human to line, line to line, and line to human transfer with PLC notifications for pickup and delivery.

Auto goods loading and unloading

T300 Tray

A multi level adjustable rack for organized, multi stop runs. Tool free height changes, an edge barrier on every shelf, and up to 100kg per layer for steady transport over rough ground.

Multi site small to medium loads

T300 Lifting

Slides under a compatible rack, lifts, and carries the whole load to its destination. Fully automated pickup and drop off for hands free transport between stations.

Fully automated delivery

T300 Towing

Hooks your existing cage trolleys and carts with no modification, tows up to 400kg, then unhooks automatically on arrival and moves straight to the next task.

Works with your current carriers

Three ways to get material moving.

Auto delivery

The robot navigates on its own to any destination you set and reroutes instantly when the production line changes.

Follow mode

Visual recognition lets several robots queue and follow in an orderly line, ideal for material preparation and mixed goods transport.

Power assist

An electric assist system makes hand pushing effortless when a task or a fresh map needs a human touch.

360 degree omni-sense safety

Engineered to work safely beside your team.

The T300 meets the stringent ISO 3691-4 standard for industrial vehicles. LiDAR sensors deliver a full 360 degree scan of the surroundings while depth cameras add spatial awareness, so the robot measures distance accurately and avoids people, forklifts, and obstacles in real time.

  • LiDAR, RGBD, and front view cameras for layered perception
  • Detects low and suspended obstacles and floor markings
  • Press to go button, signal lights, and audible alerts for clear human interaction
  • Expansive IoT support: elevator control, e-gate access, pager, and PUDU Link app
