One pass sweep and scrub

Front sweep. Rear scrub. Restructured efficiency.

A 708mm sweeping path lifts dry debris at the front while a 550mm scrubbing deck deep cleans directly behind it, so wet and dry waste are handled in a single continuous pass and floors are left anti slip and ready to walk on. No second machine, no second lap.

A 48V architecture with a 90Ah battery, equivalent to 180Ah on a 24V platform, keeps the BG1 covering up to 2,000 square meters an hour for a full shift, with up to 7.5 hours of run time before it needs to return to the dock.

It sees the mess, then cleans it.

An ultra wide field of view and onboard AI move the BG1 from passive route cleaning to active, see and clean response in the zones that get dirty fastest.

AI spot cleaning

Detects and targets messes in real time at up to 6,000 square meters an hour, hitting the spots that need attention instead of cleaning everything at one fixed pass.

Adaptive mechanism

On a wet spill it retracts the sweeping brushes to stop the mess spreading. On a stubborn stain it raises brush pressure and speed for a spotless single pass.

Adaptive agent mixing

It scales cleaning chemical strength to match the floor in front of it, lifting cleaning performance while cutting how much agent you use.

Summon and guided cleaning

Robots hand tasks off to each other, from sweeping large debris to scrubbing stains, so a fleet covers a site as one coordinated team.

Stain heat map

Every task builds a heat map of where dirt collects, so the BG1 learns your floor over time and returns to the high accumulation areas first.

Cleaning effect map

It records stubborn marks like gum and adhesive that a normal pass cannot lift, then schedules a targeted re clean rather than leaving them behind.

Dual cleaning agent mixing

Two agents, mixed live, to the millilitre.

Two onboard tanks holding about 7 liters in total dose cleaning agents in real time with millilitre level accuracy, removing the guesswork and waste of mixing by hand.

Pair an acidic and an alkaline cleaner, a cleaner and a disinfectant, a cleaner and a defoamer, or a cleaner and a deodoriser, and switch the combination to match each floor without stopping to refill a premixed tank.
